I am a TT business customer for my phone and broadband - ever since I was "slammed" into transferring my phone line to Opal (TTB's predecessor) - they have offered me a poor service
I complained and was given free off peak calls for the life of my contract as compensation - I have an email stating this...
TTB appear to have zero grasp of billing - charging me over £40 three months ago - rather than the £26 (line rental/bb/calls that I expect - leading to compensationary free bb for the next 12 months
Now - I see that TTB have started to charge £6 per month "OFF PEAK BUILDER" ie off peak call charges
I have, yet again - e-mailed them to ask them to remove this charge - why can they not get anything right ?

Because its TT.
I was with AOL until they took over. Terrible service from the start.
I moved to O2. But they just sold the BB to SKY. oh dear...

I should leave TT for Sky (BT are almost as bad as TT - only more expensive)
I was originally with Nildram (who were brilliant - couldn't fault them) - they were taken over by Opal - who slammed me (they took over my phone line by lying to me and then tried to change my (already agreed) T&C - They had to offer me a freebie (unlimited free off peak calls - FOR THE LENGTH OF MY CONTRACT !!) to stop me complaining to OffComm - they then provided a crap service for another 12 months - until the king of crap "Talk Talk" took Opal over - Because I had been Nildram (business orientated - though I am not a business) - I was taken over by TT business - who provide an identical service to TT !!
ie) Line going down on average 3 monthly - No resilience at all !!
I was told that I had lost my off peak calls - which, upset me a lot - so I complained and eventually - I was offered free broadband for 12 months - which is worth approx £10 per month - fair enough I thought - stay with TTB for another 12 months - until I noticed on my bill for the last 2 months - an added charge of £6 per month (+ vat) - they had started charging me for "Off Peak Builder" ie calls - AGAIN
I have asked them to explain why - this should be interesting and I wonder what they will offer me this time as compensation ?
