going from mile end to chelsea avoiding conjestion charge

Hi I need to deliver something to a corporate client on Tuesday - I'd like to save costs on conjestion charge. I checked the conjestion charge map here: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/roadusers/congestioncharge/whereandwhen/
Where I was surprised to find that the conjection charge hasn't extended westwards thanks to the tory mayor who gave in to his core voters
Client is based in chelsea, I was thinking of going over tower bridge, then new kent road, kennington and then finally over vauxhall bridge to get to my destination. Trouble is, I'm not sure if there are instances where the roads force you to dip into C zone. Because I know over the northern route to Baker street there are a few one way roads that force you to go very close into C zone.
Thanks

AA route planner gives you an avoid toll/congestion charge option.0

thanks, my sat nav does not have avoid congestion charge/toll booth feature. But it's pretty straightforward to drive on the border of congestion though. just went there and did a trip earlier today.
it's useful to be familir with the roads before driving in traffic because if you get lost or unsure about your whereabouts you could end up in the wrong lane and [almost] nobody is going to give way to you to get back on the correct lane, then the car behind you is beeping at you constantly.0 -
If it's anywhere near either rush hour you would be better paying the congestion charge as the extra time it will take will be worth paying the cc.
Be careful on the Bricklayers Arms and Elephant and Castle roundabouts as if you're not a confident driver you can take the wrong turn onto a cc road0 -
the roundabouts weren't so bad, go opposite exit on the first roundabout, and then take first exit on the E&C roundabout. Kennington late was surprisingly quiet to be honest around 5pm I had free and open roads, on East London the traffic is ridiculous.
Roads leading up to tower bridge and then tower bridge it self was like going forward 3 car lengths a minute.
Made me realise how badly East London needs more bridges and tunnel crossings. There's a bridge every 100 metres in West London, but the whole of East London uses blackwall tunnel and rotherhite tunnel with tailbacks 2 mile radius on each side.0
