Ryan Air again - HELP needed

Hi All

Has anyone any tips regards making a claim from Ryan Air for a cancelled flight. What I mean is about your entitlements to hotels, food, telephone calls etc.
Had a very unfortunate expereicne this week.
Held in queue at boarding for 15mins, then 60mins due to technical reason then almost 2 hours after allocated take off time flight cancelled.
Very late at night, no hire car offices, busses etc,no information whatever 90 people including babies, young children, elderly and infirm left out to dry.
No options offered only told to collect luggage and go.
Shame really I like the business model but "Customer Service" sucks and no information on "How to Complain"
I am at a loss and would appreciate any guidance.
I was stuck for over 24hours with nothing, no information, no advice and not even a cup of water.
Thanks in anticipation, are there any official groups that can help me?
