taking some furniture in today and I managed to put a six inch scratch on a black door. If you look you can now see a faint grey line. Has anyone a useful tip to cover/disguise my blunder? THANKS

I have been looking to buy a composite door and on various sites there is an option for touch up paint. Might be worth you calling some door providers to see if they will sell you this. I have been told that car body companies will spray a door any colour you want for about £150 so I guess worse way you could look into having this done (though Im not sure how you will work around not having a front door for days)0

If a car repair business sprays up the door this is a certainty to invalidate any guarantee on it. It is not a solution I would recommend.0 -
is using a black felt tip pen a silly idea?0

You can buy what looks like a felt tip pen, specifically for this purpose.
