How to empty basket, no quick way?

I have added several items to my Ebay basket (which I tend to use to identify items that are the same seller - I find that for some items this works better than just the 'Watch' list, where items from the same seller may be on different pages).
However..... In doing this I have managed to fill my basket with several items which I no longer want to buy, and now want to remove them from my basket altogether.
The only way to do this seems to be to remove each item separately? which is a very long-winded way of doing things.
Does anyone know of a way of specifying 'select all', so that they can all be removed in one go?
(NB these are all items I added to my basket from the listings 'add to basket' option, not ones I have bid on or bought as a BIN)
Any ideas?

would have thought in the time to type your post you could have deleted one at a time if it is really 'several' - or is it dozens and dozens? The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0

I thought the basket was the same as committing to buy? lol I didn't realise you could remove stuff..0

As far as I know, you have to do it one item at a time. I agree it would be useful to have a "clear basket" option.
I've used the basket a couple of times when I wantd to buy several items from the same seller who a) required immediate payment and b) combined postage. However, when I went to checkout, the postage did not combine automatically. As I had to pay immediately to secure the item, but also needed to contact the seller to ask about combining postage, I wasn't very impressed!! Needless to say I gave up!0 -

Yep, I agree with this one!
Oh well, looks like I will have to go through them one by one then. I have nearly 50 items in my basket, because they are all low value craft-type items which are sold by several different sellers. The basket I find a useful way to group the items by seller so I can compare to see who is the cheapest and sells the most varieties that I need.
It is a pain to have to remove the items I don't want to buy one at a time though!

I did the same when looking for several items. It was getting a pain to see which sellers had which items.
Seller 1 had 2 items and free post,
Seller 2 had 4 items but postage for each item and no discounts on postage.
Seller 3 had 4 items and 60p per extra item postage.
I had a ton of stuff in the basket. And a i like opening pages in new windows had this repeated several times. When i deleted some they came back.

Messy.
I know what you mean ....
I have now removed all the 'current' items, but I have multiple items marked as 'no longer available' which I can't be bothered to go through and remove. It would be so much easier to be able to do a 'select all' to delete them.
Ah well....0
