Repairing after taking fixtures/fittings

We are selling a property and have filled out the fixtures fittings list and a lot is being left behind (Curtain poles blinds etc)
Their solicitor has asked if we plan to make right and repairs required after FF are removed.
The only things I can think of are wall speakers removed - presume I just fill and sand it back?
Regarding picture hooks - if I leave them in is that fine or do I need to pull out the tacks and fill those in too?
Thanks
Rick

My personal view is that I never bother to "make good" when selling. Whatever you do, the wall/ceiling/floor won't look perfect - even if you do a perfect filling job then the paint will look new.
I always expect people moving in to decorate so patching up is a waste of time.
If you fill the form in and say "no making good" then will the buyer pull out? Hardly likely and you've saved yourself a day on messing around0 -
We will leave picture hooks in situ so no need to repair, however we will be making good the walls after cabinets, curtain poles etc have been removed.0

Cheers robatwork & JennyW - as we're not taking any of the curtain poles and it's just the 2 speaker brackets that will leave rawlplug holes, I might just leave it and say no making good. They will need to paint the whole wall anyway to make it match.
Thanks again
