Free entry for dads and granddads on Fathers Day

I am a volunteer at the Anson Engine Museum in Poynton, Cheshire. On Fathers Day (June 16th) we will give free entry to dads and granddads shown round the museum by their family. As children under 12 get free admission this should prove to be a great value for money day out for the whole family.

As well as the regular display of over 250 engines (many of which run every day the museum is open) and local history area, there will be some of our volunteers working in the craft area (blacksmiths, bodgers, wood turners) and some of the steam engines running.

The museum is a registered charity run by volunteers.

Happy Fathers Day
