Wondering if anyone can help my father........
He pulled up in a off street loading area to get directions and has been sent a Penalty Charge Notice from London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Contravention 62 - Parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway.
I have attached a copy of a link (just remove the space between the h and ttps) to google maps where the alledge contravention took place - he was pulled up and straddled the forecourt and the road over the yellow line.
