Mentor for young business

Hi can anyone advise please.
My nephew aged 23 has started up a business its been going for 18 months and is starting to grow. I have been helping him a bit but we feel in need of more experience from someone with a bit of business knowledge as its beyond me!
Does anyone know where he could find a business mentor to give him some support and advice. We looked at the Princes Trust but as he has already started his business they don't seem to offer help.
He is trying so hard - he hasn't had any loans and has put all his savings into starting up. I'd really like to help him on the next step.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thank you. :A

Hi
Have you contacted your local authority economic development department. They may be able to offer support or advise you someone who can.

If the business is running and viable and he has ideas where it can grow, maybe he needs a business angel type investor. Firstly it creates cash for capital expenditure (eg if he is limited by having an old lathe and a new CNC one would make faster, cheaper items that there was already a market for). Next he gets business mentoring. Finally that mentoring is from someone with a personal financial stake in seeing the company flourish.0

Search out your local Business Link on google and seal to them.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

I'm sorry, I don't apologise. That's just the way I am. Homer (Simpson)0 -
