There is a lifetime guarantee on implants stated on the website, although not on the crowns. if the implant fails surely this would be ''breach of contract''
I'm no dentist but I would be amazed if any included in the contract that an implant would never fail for any reason.

A guarantee against it failing is different - that would mean that if it did fail then they would do the work to repair / replace it. They would not be in breach of this contract if you decided not to go back to Bulgaria to allow them to fix it.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

You will find any guarantee on an implant has lots of conditions. Normally they stipulate stipulate regular hygienists visits and at least annual visits to the original dentist to have it checked.

Also several conditions will make the guarantee invalid e.g. smoking , taking certain medications , having certain conditions e.g. diabetes.

In addition if you lost your original teeth due to gum disease if you are not meticulous in your care you can lose implants even easier.

Another poster is right your travel insurance is invalid if travelling abroad for medical/dental treatment so you will need specialist cover.

Dental/medical treatment is not guaranteed under section75 regs even if you had treatment in the UK.

You have to budget for the routine maintaince of your implants as well as the eventual replacement of the crowns. The big problem here being if they don't use a standard implant system then it may be difficult in years to come to get the components to maintain it. Also budget bearing in mind if something even trivial goes wrong like a crown needs recementing a UK dentist won't touch it so you will need to go back to Bulgaria.

I know you probably know this. But just for clarity, "nothing" is guaranteed under S75 per se. S75 simply makes the CC jointly liable for breach of contract or misrepresentation.

So in this case, if there is no breach of contract/misrep cause of action against the dentist, then there is none against the CC.

You're assuming the Bulgarian legal system will work like the UK legal system.

    It won't.

There will be no insurance cover that will cover you should things go wrong over there, and you will have great difficulty getting any problems caused sorted out over here.
    How to find a dentist.
    1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
    2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
    3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
    4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.
