I came on here to vent about John Lewis and their bad customer service. Only fair I share the good experiences as well.

Ordered a washing mashing on Wednesday night 9.30pm. Midday the next day I received a phone call confirming the delivery and offering to collect my old machine for free! Yes they did try and sell me their extra insurance but a polite no was all it took.

Friday morning log on online to see my delivery will be by 11am. By 7.05am 2 text messages and a phone call also saying my delivery will be by 11am. 8.15am phone call to say they are 2 minutes away. In and out by 8.25am. On my way to work very happy!

Thanks to appliances online! Third load of washing is well underway and hopefully I'll be able to put my washing out tomorrow. :j
