I have searched for boo, bespoke dog collar and variations thereof and found nothing, but I am new so apologies if this is a dupe. The link came up with a thread for a different competition run by Norfolk on my mind which I think must have expired.

Prize is a bespoke dog collar and lead from BOO!
To enter, send your name, address and daytime telephone number on a postcard to:
NOMM/Pooch, Pottles Barn, Ferry Road, Surlingham, Norfolk NR14 7AR
or email your details to: anna@norfolkonmymind.co.uk
Competition rules:
1) One winner will receive a bespoke leather dog collar and lead. The Winner will be notified after the closing date of 31st July, 2013 2) There is no cash alternative, non transferable or refundable 3) Open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over 4) Only one entry per person 5) The Editor’s decision is final 6) Winners are selected at random from entries received before the competition closes
7) Allow eight to ten weeks from selection to completion 8) Correspondence may be entered into unless marked ‘no offers’.
