I was going to start trying to claim the PPI on my Barclaycard ( formally Morgan Stanly) when today I receive a letter from Barclaycard that their contract is ending with AXA the company the insurance was with.
Now who do I claim from Barclaycard or AXA?

You CLAIM from the insurer if you suffer a misfortune the policy covers
If, on the other hand you want to COMPLAIN that the policy was missold then you do that to whoever you think missold it.0
