    also a honda FR-V which is a full time 6-seater - 3 in front, 3 in back and has a massive boot.

    Try for the diesel one - we had a brief period with a 1.7 petrol (bought from new) which was very uneconomical.

    That said, you won't get one for £2k

    the kia will be about the best you can get for the seating space. As said, all the other 7-seaters lose the boot when the seats are up. The very latest for galaxy model has a small boot, but again, not for £2k

    Looking on autotrader there are plenty of diesel multipla's in you price range.

    Some are even the re-designed one that is not as bad as the first one.
