i just renewed on the phone gave my name twice my ni number and dob twice they asked for my income i said i didnt work my husband did i gave his income they asked if i had any changes i said no and they said i have now renewed i will get a award within 8 weeks and not to ring till 12th july for update, they didnt ask any of my kids details or my husbands details, is this normal ive only renewed once before by phone, i know their very busy but im syre last time i gave kids date of births

I only got asked income and to confirm all the rest of details were corect

i didnt get asked to comfirm all my details were correct just income and if their was any changes on my claim

also they asked me were i was born, which i thought was strange

They presumably know about your children already, and you told them "no change", so no new ones
