Breakfasts are HM meusli for DH & me - me with fromage frais, banana & fruit puree, DSs have bran flakes (by choice!) and own-brand shreddies.
Lunches: DH sandwiches and some kind of grain salad, me and DSs rotate sandwiches, sardines/baked beans on toast, boiled/scrambled egg, all with HM bread.
Snacks are fruit, HM buns/flapjack,etc. Puddings are currently being used as a bribe to nip a spot of peer-copying fussy-eating in the bud - so there is a giant tub of chocolate icecream in the freezer (not home-made, I'm afraid!!)

Hi, everyone! We've been away for the weekend, so a bit late, here's the plan for the week:
Saturday – barbeque (chicken steaks, pork and leek sausages, HG new potatoes, HG salad)
Sunday – pub meal of steak and ale pie, salad and chips
Monday – pancakes
Tuesday – salmon fish cakes, new potatoes, salad
Wednesday – spag bol
Thursday – Chinese stir fried veg with almonds
Friday – HM pasta for lentil lasagne
Saturday – HM quiche, garlic bread, HG salad, cheesecake, profiteroles
The garden is being really productive - new potatoes, salad, peas, carrots, herbs.
DD is in the South of France with school for the week, DH has just left for a business trip to the Far East, so it's just me and DS. My sister is coming for the weekend with her 2, and DD is back on Saturday, so treats for the weekend.
DS and I will be baking, muffins, welsh cakes, drop scones for the weekend, a cake, and some biscuits. Will also make some individual chicken pasties to freeze for DD's pack-ups.
