thanks for info, i hope i get my points too, spent around £100 on amazon via ipoints at w/e
Send in a query with a copy of you amazon confirmation email, They just emailed me back asking for this. Although I do already have my points (from 08/12) I was worried they might somehow grab then back.

I signed up to Golden Lounge for the 17,000 ipoints deal on 22/11/08 and haven't been awarded the points yet, I was planning on waiting until Jan before chasing. I've had to chase up quite a few offers I've taken up this year, from holiday bookings to bank applications, practically everything worth over 1,000 points I've had to dispute. I'm still missing several thousand points plus bonus points for bingo offers that were emailed in October/November, I disputed some of these already but was told to wait 45 days before resubmitting.

I've also had problems getting a few rewards recently - I had a CD and DVD order cancelled last week after waiting 14 days for them, and noticed that as of today you can't order DVD's anymore on the site. Having said that, I did get my points credited back very quickly and ordered Amazon vouchers instead, which I received within 24 hours, so I can't fault them on that.

I'm missing points for Amazon orders I placed in the last two days, I did get the big order I made at the weekend though thankfully. Not sure if I'll get the rest now.

I've been with iPoints since 2006 and have always enjoyed being a member, I hope we're not witnessing the end of the program as I'd be sad to see them disappear! I put a lot of effort in to point collecting.

Had a quick look through this thread and am really suprised this hasn't been mentioned before. My Boots vouchers arrived in the post today and they are not Boots specific but High Street Vouchers which of course can be used in nearly every high street shop! The £30 is split into six £5 vouchers so can be used seperately. If you visit Highstreetvouchers.com you can see which shops they are valid for. Something to note however is a HMV £30 voucher is only 6150 ipoints yet these high street vouchers valid to use in HMV cost 7400 ipoints. Also my vouchers arrived in what looked like junk mail, A5 window envelope via normal post, which is rather silly of ipoints I think!

You were lucky, I got 3 x £10 Boots voucher (but I did want them!)
It would be good if they did offer the High Street ones, because they can be used almost anywhere.
  • got my PAPER asda voucher today :D
    THANK MEEE:j

Yes, I was told to resubmit query after 45 days.

If that is what they want, why tell you to submit queries after 30 days??????
  • I wondered this as well, with an earlier casino offer - but my points did arrive within 45 days, with no further probs. Perhaps they are having problems making the casinos behave and give THEM their money!
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).
