The box to click to redeem iPoints for DVDs via Sendit has disappeared and there appears to be no way to obtain DVDs at present. Presumably it will return in due course once Sendit have cleared their backlog of orders.

Thanks. I just tried to order 10,000 BC from the `top 40 dvd` section and it let me, although i didnt go through with the order. Think i'll email them about it

I know from the Sendit thread on Roobarbs DVD Forum that when they relaunched their web site a few weeks ago Sendit managed to lose all their customer's order histories, credit card details and address info. They're probably too busy sorting out the subsequent muddle, while still dealing with new orders, to accept any redemptions from ipoints. It's just a shame they couldn't have left their site as it was. It appears they've lost the confidence of a huge number of customers as a result of their totally unnecessary and pointless revamp.

Can somebody help please. Everytime I try to load the ipoints website my internet explorer shuts down. Doesnt happen for any other site?..

My ipoints page is loading alright in IE. I would try clearing Temporary Internet Files (cache) and cookies.

i won the 500 ponds of vouchers, i think they can be used for co-op.

i am being careful though because the only holiday vouchers which i have ever had have had really big catches. but looking at the list of prizes, i think it might be good as they only are giving one away. will let you know!

i did spend all my 8000 points, so it can be addictive. Always go for the question and have google and wikipedia open to double your chances! lastly turn your speakers up ... if after you spin you hear the noise, then you haven't won, if there is no sound, then you win. just saves you looking at the screen which get annoying after your 30th spin!
