I just logged onto the ipoints website and on the right just underneath my points balance it says:

"WARNING: Your email address is not valid. Click here to update your details"

I've not changed my email address recently & it is still valid. In fact I'm sure I've had emails from ipoints this week. Anyone else had this?

    Mine seems to be alright.

I would email them if unable to access.

Thankyou for that! I emailed them last night, and this morning the warning seems to have gone (but they can't be at work today surely?!). And I got a special offer email from them too. Strange indeed!

I had this and emailed them (the address was the only one I'd ever used with them), they said it was because emails they had sent me had bounced back. They took the warning message off my account but said I should let my service provider know about the problem - ?? I've been receiving emails from Ipoints anyway so I have no idea what they're talking about.

Exact same thing with me, weird

I've had 3 x £30 Amazon vouchers, 2 moonpig cards and a PS3 to date. I just fill in the free offers and the bingo and betting ones, these are my ipoints to date. Luckily I won a few quid on the betting ones, although these are obviously not to be banked upon:

    14/04

Vegas Casino: 10,000 points for £26 deposit**
Gala Bingo: 2500 points for £5 deposit**
Bingo Fabulous: 3500 for £10 deposit**
    o2 Free sim - 60 points**
    T-Mobile Free Sim - 50 points**
    Nescafe - 140 points
    Jackpot Joy - 3500 Points for £10

    15/04
weluvbingo: 3500 points for £10 deposit**
Shelter: Direct debit, £1, for 1,500 points**
    Lottery: Registration: 50 Points**
    Deposit: 300 points (£20 deposit)**
    16/04
Littlewoods Poker: 8000 points £25 deposit (Withdrew £51)**
    888.com Snooker Competition: 80 points

    17/04
    totesport.com: 2000 points for £10 deposit

    24/04
kingjackpot: 2500 points for £10 deposit**
    Orange Free Simcard: 60 points**

    25/04
Grand Hotel Casino: 6000 points for £20 deposit
    B4 Playing: 10100 points for £25 deposit (Withdrew £225)

    02/05
    Tesco Free Sim: 150 points

    14/05
Shipley Bingo: 4000 points for £10 deposit

    17/05
    Bluesq: 2000 for £10 deposit

    08/07
    Envirophone: 250 points for phone exchange x 2 = 500 Points
    CPRE: 100 points
    Action Hunger: 100 points
    Blue Cross: 100 points
    RSPB: 100 points for catalogue

    10/07
    Survey.com: 300 points
    Gocompare: 200 points

    Survey:
    Alcohol, Ref: 542 - 400 Points

    18/07
VIP Club Casino - 3350 Points for £10 (Withdrew £30)
Paddy Power Bingo - 3500 Points for £10
    MyLotto24 - 1500 Points for £5
    Wink Bingo - 2100 Points for £5 (Withdrew £31.82)
    Blackpool Club - 7500 Points for £30

I think the key is to be really respectful when asking for your points to be credited and to just be patient.
    how was that then?

    Hi

Does anyone know how to order a dvd?. The dvd i want isn't in the `dvd top 40` list, and the `dvd` list just has a note up saying that sendit.com are updating their website  . I've tried going from the sendit.com and paying with ipoints, but there is no option, it just asks for bank details :(

I've had a dvd from them before, for the life of me i cant work out how to do it this time :(

    Thank you :)

just spent all my ipoints on the spin and play thing they have...

i won a lot of ipoints (but i ended up spending them over again)

    a £500 travel voucher
    anew clinical eye lift (lol)
    a chocolate hamper from thorntons
    deal or no deal game

should all be delivered within 28 days.

i had 8000 points initially, when i tried to cash them in for a £30 amazon voucher, it failed. so i decided to spend them all on spin the wheel. i now have 196 points. not sure if it was a waste yet lol
