Maximiles (Ipoints) help needed(merged)

Hello I am new to maximiles but really like the look of the site. MSE said there were lots of videos but I can only see about a dozen. Can anyone help? I have taken adblock off. Thanks.

That's all that are there at the mo, more are added regularly though, and one of us (especially the ever vigilant Purplebutterfly) normally posts here when there are new ones added to rate

basil - i have this link saved in my bookmarks so i can click it and see if any new polls have been put on the site - http://www.maximiles.co.uk/my-account/profile/polls/

surveys come through via email
marketing emails come through email that give you 5 points for clicking on the links

although i havn't had surveys in a VERY long time - are others still regularly getting them?

Have checked my settings and seem to be registered to get them

I only receive emails for maybe one or two surveys a week generally, not many,

I do not receive surveys or emails now aswell. I unsubscribed and subscribed back but nothing. Maybe I do not fit their demographic:cool:

I had this problem - so opened a query and they sorted it - so I started getting emails again - have just opened another about surveys as not had any in almost a year but had forgotten about them.

open a help query on the matter and tell them about both

it worked - got a survey today after over a year of not getting any!
