From experience I found ringing up helps a lot and constantly chasing them for points, hassle but works!

One way to counter this is to set up a file for emails relating to ipoints, and to move all your emails to this file once you have answered the survey or taken up the offer. Not that I am saying the behaviour above is defensible by ipoints.....

i echo this. some1 else on here said this and so i've started to do it and trust me, im glad i did! i do quite a few surveys/registrations with these guys and they dont always track. i just wait for 30 days to pass and forward the registration email/survey invite to ipoints and within a few days i get the points credited.

That's exactly what I do as I'd realised I was missing out on some of my ipoints but couldn't chase them up as I didn't have details. I now chase up after 6 weeks has passed and only once have they asked me to forward them an email, and that was for 700 points so I can't blame them. Every other query has been resolved in under a week and my points credited to me, but I have provided them with the exact dates they sent me the emails due to keeping the aforementioned ipoints email file. I'm doing really well now and have had two free books, and am most of the way to a third, and I've only been a member for 4-5 months and only do surveys and free points offers.

Totally agree with the above responses about keeping emails etc. For those who are thinking of doing this, here's the standard format of the email I send them:

To: ipointsviews@ipoints.co.uk
Subject: Missing ipoints

Dear Ipoints,

I would like to report a few surveys I have done over 30 days ago which I have not received points for. The surveys in question were:
• Ref 1234 - 01 January 2010 - 200 ipoints
• Ref 2345 - 15 January 2010 - 150 ipoints
• Ref 3456 - 20 January 2010 - 250 ipoints
• Ref 4567 - 29 January 2010 - 100 ipoints
I look forward to your reponse.

Ipoints staff have been really good to me so I can't complain. I usually get a response with my survey points queries in 24 hours.

Yes, Ipoints are not very forthcoming when paying for surveys completed, but I always keep a copy of any I have completed and whenever you email them, they always get back to you and add the missing points.

Guys this is a thing that I always do and I also always keep details on dates and registration details/order reference numbers (which I have provided in this case where applicable). However not all merchants send out confirmation e-mails and obviously it's their job to to take the hassle and ask the affiliate network where my points are.

Nope won't let me log in either.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
