Ooooo, just found another 75 points - there is a banner at top of home page which says 75 points for printing 25p coupon off Hartley's Low Cal Jellies. Printed coupon but points not added straight away.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift - the present.0

Ipoints are good only if it's to answer surveys and click on free videos. For all the rest I would advise you to seek cashback from somewhere else. Tracking in response to offers that come via e-mail almost never works and they are very reluctant to look for them. My personal experience follows: Two days ago, after waiting for a couple of months for some competition and newsletter signups, I decided to raise a query about them, sending them all details that I had - They came back to me within a day, saying that if I didn't send them emails as proofs they couldn't investigate. I responded telling them that due to the nature of the offers, I couldn't provide them with those but I was sure that if they supplied the affiliate networks with my details they would find the transactions. Very quickly they came back to me saying that they couldn't do this and I had to write to each of the merchants individually (!!!) to obtain confirmation. This puzzled me and I wrote to them stating that this response was unacceptable - it was their responsibility to liaise with the networks (otherwise why would they take a cut from my earnings? ). This happened late afternoon yesterday.
Their response came this morning: "The merchant has confirmed that this transaction has not been tracked and therefore the points cannot be awarded. Regrettably, all merchants decisions are final and as such any further opening of this query will result in a standard response."
What do you think about that? Taking aside the fact that the message uses singular (merchant) when it should use plurar (merchants), it is implied that 5 different merchants from 3 different affiliate networks, dealt with my queries (that ipoints didn't want to file until 15:00 yesterday) and came back with a response within 14 hours. I would be very reluctant to believe them...0 -
One way to counter this is to set up a file for emails relating to ipoints, and to move all your emails to this file once you have answered the survey or taken up the offer. Not that I am saying the behaviour above is defensible by ipoints.....Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
