my update and appealing quick tip

Aquick update regarding my esa anxiety panic and depression as i can not find my thread on here off before. I found out about my assessment from the HOUSING BENEFIT not DWP so rang the DWP and blasted them for not telling me on the phone when i have been on this week and for not ringing me decision was made on 8th may 2013, and put in a complaint to a manager. Well bad news again, I received my assessments back I failed but i got 9 points. I have appealed it it so finger crossed i shall get it sorted soon.

A QUICK TIP FOR THOSE WHO NEED TO APPEAL IN THE FUTURE:

IF YOU GOT YOUR DECISION OR OUTCOME OF YOUR ASSESSMENT DO NOT ASK FOR THE RE INSTATEMENT OF THE DECISION OR OUTCOME
THE REASON FOR THIS IS REINSTATEMENT YOU DO NOT GET ANY MONEY WHEN DOING THIS AND IT CAN LAST UP TO 2-4 WEEKS WITH NO MONEY AND NO HARDSHIP PAYMENTS WILL BE ISSUED!
SO LADIES AND GENTLEMEN YOU MUST APPEAL AND WAIT FOR THE TRIBUNAL

You mean reconsideration.
For ESA.
You're not paid on reconsideration. Only once you actually submit your appeal in writing - with a medical note.
And only if you have not missed a medial - if you have then you may not be paid at all until the tribunal in several months. (Assuming you are successful)
