Escapism Travel Competition
1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.
2. In association with Square Up Media Ltd (the promoter), El Dorado Seaside Suites Hotel by Karisma, the Grand Hotel Nastro Azzurro and Thomson are creating the opportunity for you to win a Thomson holiday to the 5T Couples El Dorado Seaside Suites for up to two adults only for 14 consecutive nights on an all-inclusive basis, based on sharing a double room, and a 14-night holiday to the 4T Thomson Couples Grand Hotel Nastro Azzurro on an all inclusive basis, based on sharing a double room "the Thomson Prize". The Thomson Prize includes return Thomson Airways flights to Cancun (CUN), Mexico from Gatwick, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester or Newcastle airports with a 20kg checked-in luggage allowance per person and transfers to/from the airport in Cancun, Mexico, and return flights to Naples from Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, East Midlands, Birmingham, Bristol or Gatwick but does not include travel insurance or other incidental expenditures. Transfers in the UK must be booked separately. There is one Thomson Prize on offer.
3. To enter you will need to submit the relevant Thomson entry form found at www.escapismmagazine.com. By submitting your entry you will be automatically entered to win the Thomson Prize. To be eligible your entry form must have your name, and e-mail address completed. The competition will run from 21 May 2013 to 1 July 2013 and entries must be received on or before 11:59pm on the closing date of 1 July 2013.
4. This competition is not open to employees of TUI UK Limited, Square Up Media Ltd, Karisma Hotels, Grand Hotel Nastro Azzurro or other companies within either of their group of companies. Participants must be aged 18 or over to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
5. Thomson does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
6. The winner will be chosen at random by Square Up Media Ltd from all eligible, correct entries received by the closing date and will be the name of the individual specified on the entry form. The winner will be notified by telephone or email after 1 July 2013 with instructions on how to claim their Thomson Prize. Details of the winner will be obtainable after 10 January 2014 by writing to the Thomson Public Relations Team, Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, Bedfordshire LU2 9TN. The winner may be required to participate in post-competition publicity. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their Thomson Prize, Thomson reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received before the closing date.
7. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Thomson Prize must be taken in two parts. The holiday to Grand Hotel Nastro Azzurro, Sorrento must be taken between 1August 2013 and 31 October 2013 only and is subject to availability. The holiday to El Dorado Seaside Suites Hotel by Karisma, Mexico must be taken between 1 November 2013 and 30 April 2014 only and is subject to availability. Blackout dates include 24 December 2013 – 6 January 2014, 1 February 2014 – 31 March 2014, 13 April 2014 – 20 April 2014.
9. It is the winner’s responsibility to check all visa and passport requirements for the party. Full brochure terms and conditions apply; these can be found at www.thomson.co.uk. The Thomson Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. Thomson reserves the right to amend the Thomson Prize in wholly exceptional circumstances outside their control. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach.
11.
