From my experience, once your accepted the time it takes to get the card is same all over.0 -

I applied for Tesco (0% on purchases) and had the card in hand in 8 days.0

Barclaycard are pretty quick to get the card out to you etc so are Tesco0

I applied to Tesco on the 26th may received pin on Wednesday and card today very quick imo being as Monday was bank holiday..0

Shouldn't you be interested in which one offers the best value and the longest period?
A day or two shouldn't make that much difference...0
