Hello
I have had a successful claim for ppi going back to 1992.
Following the ppi not paying out I received a Ccj as I couldn't afford to pay the on my benefits.
Should the offer of compensation for the ppi take this and the inconvenience it caused into account?

Only if you can show that the £20pm or whatever it was was the cause of that. Highly unlikely that is the case, so no they should not take it into account.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
