Hi, Oct 2012 i moved in to a housing association bungalow, everything was great so we said we will take the tenancy. We was about to sign the tenancy when the lady said that part of the front garden was under a pepper corn licence i have not signed any contract for a pepper corn licence and there is nothing in the tenancy agreement. Part of my front garden was turned in to a parking space come with the bungalow rent i was told by housing association. The housing association told me that the pepper corn part of the garden comes up to the parking space so i can still can park even if they build on the pepper corn land now they want to build on my garden and take my parking space. And build close to my bungalow. Can they just build were they want ?
