Last week I switched my phone line back to BT from ntl. I then went to OneTel and asked for their free weekend package. They asked me if I had a BT line and I said I did, and they said I wouldn't need a Phone Pal. So what do you think turned up this morning? Yes, the Phone Pal. Why don't they leisten to what you tell them???
