UKCPS parking charge notice advice (affect of court case on CRB)

I do like your robust approach C_M but why give them the heads up?
Your draft mixes what I would suggest would work better if split into two letters. The first to deal with the lack of POPLA code and the fact that it would now be out of time (breaches of CoP, POFA etc) and the second letter used to deal with the EA issues. UKCPS need to be warned that unless they desist from further pursuit - by way of demand letters either directly or from a DCA - their actions will be viewed as harassment. As we know this latter letter is likely to be disregarded and they could then be sent a LBA in respect of the s.1 Protection from Harassment Act and discrimination and harassment under s.26 EA.
Edit: Missed the aboveMy very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0

I sent UKCPS an email requesting a POPLA code and at the same time stated I would be contacting Savills regarding UKCPS breaking the rules of the equality act. This was replied to by an email from Peter Haswell stating 'As a gesture of goodwill we have cancelled your parking charge and apologise for any inconvenience caused.' Thanks to the forum posters especially 'kirkbyinfurnesslad' for the support with this I was very worried yesterday and had we still been in the discounted period and had the price been £40 not £60 would probably have paid it, I guess this is what UKCPS depend on.
Really pleased for you and your gf that this has turned out positively and so quickly. Excellent result :TPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You could, of course, follow up by telling Mr Haswell that it's a matter of the law, and he can shove his good will gesture where the sun don't shine, though you appreciate the cancellation of the ticket all the same.0

Because the expedient thing to do is first get the fake ticket cancelled, I do think that the advice we offer is adapted to the OP requesting help, sometimes the best thing to do is try and get this cancelled as its less work for the OP and will stop another ticket going to popla where people need help. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I worded it deliberately to get it cancelled for this OP who was worried, wondering about paying, and was confused about the POPLA thing. Although it looks as though he didn't need it after all - wonder if 'Hasbeen' of UKCPS saw this thread and knew he'd end up with a complaint (still could!!). I will use that wording again for anyone in similar circumstances who really needs the fake PCN stopped then and there.
And OPs shouldn't forget that they can still sue (or threaten to sue) for harassment, even after the fake PCN is cancelled, as has been done before...
Normally I would agree with your approach (no heads up to a PPC normally!). PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland). PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi guys, I understand disabled bays are not enforceable if on private land. Does the same apply if your alleged to have parked in a coach only bay, even though the lines aren't clearly marked in yellow, and there is no mention of coach parking bays on any of the signs?0

Please don't 'double post'. You've started your own unique thread, which is the correct procedure here and help and advice will be given on that. Any advice given on this thread to you may conflict with that which is correct for the OP.
Good luck with progressing your case (via your own thread ) Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
