Realtime PAYE

Run a partime business but don't draw any wages this year.
Now that it is real time paye I am not sure what i should be submitting. First month i just submitted the employee (director) form but with £0 for everything.
But this month i noticed you could submit at EPS that states no pay to employees.

which should I be doing?

If you don't draw PAYE and you are the only person, send via the EPS in the "No payment due as no employees paid in this pay period" just tick box on the EPS.

You don't have to do anything else after that for this period.

Then I would send in the form to de-register the company from PAYE or at least remove yourself from real time reporting.

If you are not planning on paying anyone anything, why are you operating a PAYE scheme? Let HMRC know the situation and they will probably allow you to withdraw from the PAYE scheme and save you (and them) a lot of admin :)
