They are scam calls, just tell to hang up and not to do anything they ask
Treat other's how you like to be treated.

    Harry born 23/09/2008
New baby grandson, Louie born 28/06/2012,
Proud nanny to two beautiful boys :j
And now I have the joy of having my foster granddaughter becoming my real granddaughter. Can't ask for anything better

    UPDATE,
As of today 180919. my granddaughter is now my official granddaughter, adoption finally granted

You and your dad are possibly the last people in the UK who haven't received such calls.
    Ignore them.

The interesting bit in that url is ... /2010/jul/18/ ... and it was probably an old story then.

I think they must have almost completed calling the UK as we used to get a thread on them several times a week but they seem to have fallen off a bit lately. Some tried to set records keeping them on the line for as long as possible. When I got my call I was in a bit of a rush which is probably why I grabbed the phone without checking the caller id so I just swore and hung up.

When I had a call last year I told them I found it strange that they had found a problem with my computer as I didn't even own one!

    Never heard from them again.

I had a bit of fun with them, told them they should not be able to see the virus on my computer because I was creating it in a sandbox. They actually hung up on ME!!
