I like it done quite plain - coat in flour with salt and pepper and fry in butter for a couple of minutes each side till the juices run clear. Lovely with new potatoes and fresh veg.
Or if you want do a sauce, you could do a mushroom cream sauce, or a white wine or cider sauce goes well. (Can you tell I like alcohol in my cooking!)
Any chicken recipe you can pretty much substitute turkey, so if you've got any curry recipes or anything you could give that a go.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Will give the fried ones a go. OH is also partial to a curry but would have to do a separate one for me!:D

They don't need a lot of cooking as the steaks are not too thick.
There is next to no fat on turkey breast and can easily go dry if overcooked.
As Elsien mentioned any chicken recipe should be lovely.
