marris - no meat for you this week??
We win then.
Fingers crossed for the week after. I think a similar pattern happened last year with poor offers and then the good ones. If that's right, the good ones are on the way. lol
I think I'll get a few packs of turkey steaks - nice with a blue cheese sauce and roast veg.

Well I was excited... 'til I seen that no Turkey offer in Glasgow...
Just the Grapes then... I've sometimes seen the Oakdale 500g grapes have 'tattie' packaging and it appears they stickover 'Spar' branded labels.PK! :money:0 -
Ooh lovely, I got some if tge sweet and sour last time and it was really nice0

Does anyone know if the turkey has the red tractor logo? I don't like buying meat otherwise. I know Lidl is generally pretty good in this respect, but it's the offers that tend not to.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
The meat offers are exactly the same meat as they sell week after week.

Plenty of the turkey in Newton Abbot, with red tractor logo.
Red pepers were big and firm.
I think they had two packs of the mixed peppers for £2.50 but might have got that wrong so apologies in advance!0 -
Hi !
My OH bought a pack of these turkey steaks yesterday but I am a vegetarian and have never cooked with them before. Can anybody give me some ideas of a tasty way to cook them and some idea of for how long?
Many thanks
