Bought good online, goods not received, money debited from accout.

Hi,
I am looking for some advice. I purchased fancy dress goods to the value of £120.35 online on Wednesday the 15th of May 2013 through the website Sailor Fancy Dress. The following day the money was debited from my account. The following Tuesday my goods had not arrived so I contacted the company via their contact page on their website to see when my goods would arrive as I needed them for that coming weekend. I received no rely. I contacted them again via the website contact page on the Thursday and still no reply.
On Tuesday this week I decied to send them an email via the invoice email they had sent to me. I have still not received a reply.
There is not contact number for me to ring to get in touch with them and their address is PO BOX number in North London.
How do I go about reaching them as I want a full refund?
I appreciate any advice you can offer me.

How did you pay for them ?
if you cant contact them, getting them to refund will be difficult. You might be better of getting the bank to get your money back, if you bought it on a credit card, this shouldn't be much of a problem.
Did you ever get any tracking info from them and who they were sending it with ?
if so you could contact them and see if they have anything0 -

I paid via my debit card.
They gave my an order number in the invoice that they emailed to me. However, when I check it on their site it just says that the goods are **PENDING**.
