FS complaint handling

Hi,

Has anyone had any involvement with these or know much about them? There is very limited info on the net

    Actually, it doesn't matter. If you have a complaint do it yourself, otherwise you'll be back in a few months either complaining about their handling, or about paying them.

    Do it yourself, it's just the same, and you don't have to pay anyone else any part of any redress you may get.
