Hello there,
Not sure if this has been addressed before... Can anybody tell me if they have had problems reclaiming mis-sold PPi if they havechanged their name through marriage and moved house since their policy was taken out?
I have filled in my questionnaire to send off to Santander regarding an old TopShop store card and don't want to miss anything out!!
Please advise!!!

They might write to your old address, they will ask for proof of name change if you are successful but Sanatander usually reject store cards on the basis that they weren't regulated pre 2005, so don't get your hopes up yet....Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
