Credit Card to Bank Account Money Transfer

Having a short term cash flow issue, a mate of mine transferred some money from his Virgin Credit Card to my account. He said he did it faster payment and I should have it in 2 hours. It's coming to the end of 3 working days and nothing has hit yet.

Does anyone know how long it takes?

Many thanks

Any request to do an SBT will take a few days to go through the admin system (security checks) then you'll need to allow 3 working days for BACS processing on top of that.
Requests for SBT's are not instantly actioned.
