Help! I have recently moved from Cyprus to the UK and have a huge problem with my shipment. Here is the case:
In January I had a surveyor out in Cyprus to give me an estimate etc. We have explained then that we need our goods on 01-05 at the latest. Our goods were picked up on 21-03 and we were told that once the shipment gets to the UK it takes 7 days for us to get it.
Now the shipment did not leave Cyprus till the middle of April and arrived in the UK on 09-05!!!! We still havent got our belongings, they are being delivered next week.
Does anyone know if I'm entitled to compensation and how about getting it, as both moving companies are not playing ball as you can imagine
