    Well, It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to work it out.

    Property prices haven't risen in three years in my part of the world, thanks for asking. I make all my money from having a keen eye for a bargain and turning mud into gold, that's all.

    I also factor in a profit margin large enough to protect from a pretty signifcant fall in house prices, otherwise the house doesn't get bought.

    What a shame for you that God gave me a brain.

    There 3,752 posts if you'd care to bother reading any of them. Most of them giving a relevant opinion on people's queries on property sales, purchases and yes, sometime development.

    I noticed the question in the french door thread and it intrigued me.

    Doozer has some sort of spell on me..i cant shake it off.. It is much more powerful than money..
