    Thanks, but my offer was JUST below £125k - the fourth offer building up from £108k over about 4 weeks. I did state that this was my final offer.

    Sorry i must've misread, well whatever your final offer is, I would re-iterate it, stating that this is not negotiable. After that walk away, at the end of the day its no where near complete once they accept, so if they playing games, it will just continue.
