British gas off peak electric not working

You need to reply to post 6. Do you not have NSH's in conjunction with your immersion heater? If they're working, then it's not a metering or switching issue.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

The only off peak power used is for the immersion........what 'could' a metering issue be ?

You need to check your meter is switching to low rate overnight.
Take meter readings today and check again tomorrow, or better still check in the low rate period that your meter is recording low rate consumption.
If you find any any issue here, contact your supplier.0
