Economy 7 / Economy 10 / Standard Electricity meters

I have seen plenty of old style ( non digital ) eco 7 meters which have been converted to single rate only, sometimes with a sticker covering the night rate. Is the normal reading moving between the typical eco 7 cheap rate hours of 12-7.30 ? if not , sounds like you ve got a faulty meter0

Who would it benefit? Those who take on board advice, especially when they asked for it.
Who uses electricity at night? Most of us, as I previously attempted to demonstrate to you.
Bye
No need to be so rude - I did take on board what you said, and I thank you for your advise.
What I was asking is who uses most of their electricity at night. I know we all would use some, and my meter not going up at night is a sign of faulty wiring or a faulty meter.
Now I am aware of E10 / E7 / standard differences, I have switched to standard (and am getting a new meter installed). Thanks for all the help everyone.0
