Minimum amount balance transfer

Ive just got a barclaycard with a 0% bt for 12 month

however for some reason their website states that the minimum amount that i can balance transfer at any one time is £250.00


has anyone else had this. i called the indian call centre and she said that she did not know why it was coming up with this figure. I should be able to transfer £10 if i want up to a max of 90% of my credit limit

There is often a minimum amount you can BT - I've certainly seen it on other cards.

On my Barclaycard Plat account, the minimum transfer amount is £100 if I do it online. That also applies to the LOB 6.9% deal that always seems to be running.

I have had a few BT cards over the years and never seen one that will allow you to transfer £10 over, minimum I have ever seen is £100. The last one i used was a barclaycard and that was £100 too

i called the custoer service in india for barclaycard and they siad there must be an error on their systems . so ill call back and do it over the phone at a later date
