RBS PPI, how long?

Hello all, just a quick question really.
I filed PPI claims back in February for both a credit card and several loans. I was told I'd have a decision by 23rd of April. I got the decision on the credit card around that time (it was rejected) but I've still not heard anything about the loans.
Obviously I should be contacting RBS and I will be, I just wondered if anyone else had been waiting over the deadline they were given? I think it's wrong to offer a time scale and then just ignore it.
Thanks for anyone responses I get.
Jay
