    Ensure you save the file to your desktop before running - and ensure you run it as administrator (right click) - same goes for JRT.

    The programs you are talking about are not related to any kind of malware activities. This is the reason that no AV scanner is detecting them.
    Talking about these softwares, they are good programs from a reputed company. RegClean Pro is a registry cleaner that optimizes the registries by cleaning useless registries and hence make the system smooth and fast. Advanced System Protector is an antimalware that keeps the check on any kind of spywares or adwares that gets into the system unknowingly when we are connected to internet. In my view there is nothing to be worried about.

    Just out of curiosity, which AV programs are currently installed on the machine?
    Having more than one can seriously slow down your machine.
    I only ask as there are 3 listed in the OP.
