:ji have been umming and arring as to switch or not and to fill in the cheap utilities club form i got my provider to phone me and then asked how much i had paid out etc for the year, and i yet again complained that i had been thrown off my capped deal last dec!! i had phoned previously but got told to live with it etc nothing they could do grrrrrr any way long story /short the VERY NICE LADY i spoke too apologised and put me back on the tarrif and then said they would adjust my bills back to the december cutoff point and has capped my prices until NOV 14......... WOW !! SO MASSIVE THANK YOU TO MARTIN AND THE TEAM for giving me the kick in the proverbial and sort out my utilities provider,and i always tell people to join your weekly email its amazing what you can learn, from ONE HAPPY FROGGY:money:XX
