Have I been mis-sold PPI??

Hi,

I am after some advice. I took a loan out whilst working as a part time cashier at a bank. I was only working 4hrs a week and the loan was to purchase a new car. I also worked full time on a temporary 18month contract with another employer which was shorter than my loan term. I took out PPI on the basis of becoming unemployed. However I am not sure if the PPI would have covered me if I became unemployed due to the end of a temporary contract. The bank new the employment was temporary. Although my job at the bank was permanent the monthly wage would not have covered my loan payment if my temporary job ended. I did leave the bank after securing another permanent job but this was after taking the loan and PPI out. My bank is one of the culprits of mis-selling PPI. Should I make a claim?

Thanks

I would have thought the temporary contract would have made the unemployment part of the PPI void.
