To remind you, band C have NO housing need. Those who are under occupying would be in band B, so they would, if they so wished, "trump" the band C applicants. Clearly, they don't wish, otherwise there would be NO Band C applicants on that list. Now look at the waiting times for successful Band Bs. Most are under 12 months, with quite a few under 3 months. To remind you, the "bedroom tax" has been public knowledge for almost 2 years now.
So, plenty of supply, low demand, forced to offer extra incentive.... tell me again why this LABOUR Council have reduced their available stock by 800+ bedrooms?0
