Capital One Credit Card - How long

Hi all,

I applied and was instantly accepted for a capital one classic card on the 14th May.

I was told I needed to wait 7 - 10 days.

It has now been 10 working days today, i rang them and they told me the card and pin has been sent and i should wait until the 31st at the latest, and if it still hasn't arrived i should call them back.

I have a business trip next friday and i need the card and pin before then, i am worried that it isnt going to arrive in time.

Has anyone else had to wait this long? It is really starting to frustrate me

I was in a similar situation nearly three years ago when I was accepted for their Progress card and it did not arrive until day 14 after the application.

They do state as you have said that it can take 7/10 days which are working days and Monday has also been a bank holiday which will likely delay delivery.

All you can do now is wait and be patient. Hopefully it will arrive
by the weekend well in time for your business trip next Friday.
