Put our house on market October, had a few issues with mortgage due to some adverse few years ago, received a offer in march, Offered on ahouse and our offer was accepted, Vendor really messed us about so withdrew offer, we then received abusive calls, only other house we liked was 20k more and that was leased, which held up quite a bit.
Hopefully should be exchanging next Tuesday to move in June

Wow real roller coaster! You will be able to laugh about it in years to come and remember it was all worth it.....(unless you plan on re decorating forever like me and then think why did we do it lol!)

Could have added more but would have been here all night, just really anxious to move now kids are all excited loads more room, we are already planning decorating straight through and I aint the best at d.i.y should be fun0
